Coat room only: 1st shift: approx 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the event
2nd shift: approx 8:30 to 11:30 pm at the event
3rd Shift: 11 pm  to 12:30 am - After event quick clean up March 6 (no heavy lifting!)
Set up on Friday, March 5 morning
Set up on Friday, March 5 afternoon
Set up on Saturday, March 6 morning

Clean up on Sunday, March 7, morning
