This is the event to end all events! It’s our one BIG fund raising event - for adults only. Guerin Prep’s annual BIG EVENT promises something for everyone. For ONE EXCITING NIGHT, we’ll have all kinds of entertainment, Vegas-style games in the Monte Carlo Room, chocolates and plenty of food in the French Gardens of Cafe Guerin and the Canals of Venice, an Irish Pub comedy club, NEW Game Room in the USA with bags and darts, Morrocan style raffle baskets and a silent auction ala UK's Sothebys with cash bars in all major venues.

Only $40 per person -early bird price! $50 at the door. Admission includes dinner and dessert, entertainment and opportunities to bid on silent auction and raffle items and enjoy an evening with friends. Non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary; cash bars. Admission to Vegas games only is complimentary; guests may remain in that venue for the evening without admission charge. Elmcrest Banquets chefs will prepare sumptuous feasts for all to enjoy. Dinner is served from 6 to 8:30 pm. Then enjoy delectable chocolate desserts all evening in the cafeteria, including a chocolate fountain. At all our bars, choose from martinis - chocolate, cosmos or regular, beer, wine and jello shots for purchase. Pop, water and coffee are free. In the cafeteria, for a couple tickets, you can have specialty liquors added to your coffee, too! Food sponsors/donations include many local restaurants.

GP’s own Green & Blue Man Group in the USA Room with a Bags and Darts Mini-Tournament. Listen to the mellow sounds of our own GP Students Choral Group. Back again this year! The Guerin Jazz band plays 7-9 for your listening and dancing pleasure. And don't miss Guerin's Synchronicity Strings playing 6-8:30.
